How To Play Craps
When you want to play craps it is best to know the terminology very well. Here are some of the most commonly used terms:
1. Come out roll - it is the first roll of the dice after the betting round has ended
2. Dice pass - after the shooter rolls the numbers on the dice are 7 or 11. The do not pass roll is when the number 2, 3 or 12 are rolled
3. Double odds - the odds bet is twice bigger than the original pass or come bet
4. A hop bet - they are paid as the one roll bets but require a certain combination of numbers such as 2-2, 3-
3, 4-4 and so on
5. Horn high bet - the horn numbers are 2, 3, 11 and 12. The horn high bet is a bet made in multiples of 5 and requires a combination of 3 horn numbers.
6. A right bettor - that is a player who actually bet that the dice will pass
7. Wrong bettor - the person who plays craps bet that the dice will not pass
8. A shooter - the person who throw the dice
9. Working bets - they can be resolved with the next roll
10. World bet - you bet that numbers 2, 3, 7, 11 or 12 will be rolled next time
